HOW IT WORKS
Communication is critical to achieving great looking drawings in a minimal amount of time. Providing me with computer drawings, 2D or 3D, speeds the process up substantially. Also, giving me as many color, material, and other notes as possible is helpful.
1. Let's talk. Let me find out what you need and make recommendations. This costs you nothing.
2. Once you've decided to go forward, I will ask that you provide me with all the relevant data - the more the better. Plans, sections, sketches, swatches of material, other renderings you like of similar space or ambiance. A 1/3 TOTAL deposit is required to commence work. Images hereafter will be watermarked until final payment.
3. I create the necessary 3D model, and render an initial draft in without materiality. I ask that you confirm the camera location and general size/geometry. "ROUND 1"
4. Once confirmed, I continue to apply correct lighting and materials to create a more photo-real rendering and provide you with a draft.
5. You give as much feedback at this stage as possible. Your comments are crucial here for things like color, brightness, entourage, foliage, people - you are welcome to be picky at this stage. "ROUND 2"
6. I pick-up your comments and complete a "finalized" rendering.
7. You again have the opportunity to offer small feedback. Any large changes at this point may incur additional fees.
8. I complete the rendering based on your feedback.
